    Every effort is made to display our items as accurately as possible and we use a mixture of both stock photos from the suppliers website and our own photos.

    Please note that colours and images can vary slightly according to different monitor settings. As with any natural products, colours and sizes of pearls and semiprecious stones may vary slightly from those shown. All measurements shown are approximate. All earring piercing posts are nickel free. We reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw details and price of our products without prior notice.


    Payment is offered via PayPal (all major credit and debit cards are accepted via this method, you do not need to have a Paypal account). By clicking items into the shopping basket and submitting your order on the check-out screen you are offering to buy the goods at the price that is stated, subject to our terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to our terms of business. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods at our discretion. The contract between us will be completed on the dispatch of your order unless you have been notified that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled your order.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you submit an order, stock items are prepared for shipment. You can cancel your order at any stage until shipment.     Delivery For UK Orders

    UK Orders - The charge for postage for item/s of a retail value of £59.99 and under is £3.50 per parcel via Royal Mail or other carriers.

    Orders of over £60.00 retail value will be posted FREE OF CHARGE via Royal Mail or other carriers.

    Items will be delivered within 7-14 working days (unless otherwise stated), often sooner subject to stock availability. Although most items are in stock, should an item be pending delivery or require reordering, a longer waiting period may occur, in such circumstances customers will be notified by email.

    Orders that are delivered by special order - if an item needs to be manufactured directly from the supplier, you will be notified of this in the product description. Please allow extra time to order, at least 2 - 4 weeks.

    It may be possible to rush an order through but it may not be possible to do so every time.

    If your order goes missing in transit,you must notify as soon as possible. This allows us to escalate our enquiry with Royal Mail or other carriers. Following the outcome of our enquiries, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

    Damaged In Transit

    If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.We advise you to return the product together with the original packaging to us at:, 106, Brooksby Lane, Clifton, Nottingham, NG11 8HJ. We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with Royal Mail or our other carriers.

    Returns Policy endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and services and operates on a 14-Day "No Quibble Guarantee" returns policy.

    We suggest sending items back via a form of recorded/tracked delivery for your own proof of delivery as cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit. Return carriage postage costs are not reimbursable.

    When returning an item the following must be clearly detailed. 1/ The Customer name, 2/ Order number or reference 3/ Date of your order 4/ Product and Quantity of the item you would like to cancel.

    Any items returned must not have been used or worn as this will result in a refusal to refund.

    For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings.

    Sale Jewellery or other sale/clearance items are also non-refundable. Once we have received returned goods they will be subject to inspection, pending which,we will then refund your PayPal account or exchange the items for something else.

    Refunds after 14 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of
